A popular scuba diving location has been sealed off after 13 unexploded bombs were identified by military divers in New Taipei City’s Gongliao District today, July 21. Hot weather and low levels of dissolved oxygen have caused fish to die in their thousands in the rivers of Greater Taipei, according the Taipei City and New Taipei City environmental protection bureaus. Driver-less electric buses to begin testing in New Taipei City

Driver-less electric buses will begin plying a 1.2 kilometer route in Tamsui District, New Taipei City tomorrow, April 24, but passengers will not be allowed on board for the first month.
