Two people were rescued by helicopter after becoming trapped on a sandbar when the water level of Dajia River in Taichung City suddenly rose due to heavy rain upstream. Five people walked away from a helicopter crash unharmed at Kaohsiung City’s Xiaogang International Airport this afternoon, April 7.
