The driver of a car who had claimed he hit a motorcycle by accident was charged with murder today after police found he had aggressively chased the motorcyclist for two kilometers before hitting the motorcycle from behind. An ROC Army CM11 ‘Brave Tiger’ tank went over the side of a bridge and landed upside down in a stream this morning, trapping four people inside.
