Taiwan and Japan Establish a Maritime Affairs Dialogue to Avoid Fishing Disputes

Taiwan’s new government has wasted no time in negotiating with Japan to resolve territorial disputes over fishing grounds that has plagued relations between the two island nations in recent years.
