Police in Taoyuan arrested a 25 year old man with a gang background after they found him in possession of a weapons arsenal and 6 kilograms of ketamine. Among the weapons were a hand grenade, a sub-machine gun, 4 assault rifles, 13 handguns, and thousands of rounds of ammunition.
