Chicken Truck Hits Scooter Truck: Oh What a Mess!

Chicken carcasses were scattered on a road in Tainan in the early hours of September 11, 2016, after a truck loaded with the freshly slaughtered animals slammed into a truck loaded with scooters.

The driver of the chicken-truck was tailgating the larger scooter-carrying vehicle when the scooter-truck braked for a red light. The driver of the chicken-truck failed to see the traffic signal due to the large mass of the vehicle directly in front of him.

Upon seeing the brake lights of the preceding vehicle, the chicken-truck driver applied his brakes and managed to swerve his truck so that his body was out of the impact-zone.

Upon impact, the sides of the chicken-truck blew out, causing dozens of chicken carcasses to spill onto the road.

Fortunately, no people were harmed in the incident. No animals were harmed either, as the chickens were already dead before they boarded the vehicle.
