Nine soldiers were injured, two seriously, when a mortar round exploded while being handled at an army ammunition depot in northern Taiwan today, July 24. Army Tank Falls off Bridge: 3 Dead, 1 Injured

An ROC Army CM11 ‘Brave Tiger’ tank went over the side of a bridge and landed upside down in a stream this morning, trapping four people inside. Three of the trapped soldiers died while one was rushed to hospital after his heartbeat was restored by CPR.
