Nine people are confirmed dead, and one remains missing, after a fire sent smoke billowing through a hospital in Pingtung County, Taiwan, this morning, Thursday, October 3. Taiwan prepares for onslaught of Typhoon Krathon as storm-force winds reach southern coast
