Police arrested a man at Tamkang University this morning after he was found in the bathroom of a female dormitory with a spy camera. The 24-year-old man, named Chen, was dressed in a skirt and a wig, and is suspected of having sneaked into the dorm by following a resident into the access-card-secured building.
