A driver in Keelung City crashed into a bus this morning, but when police went to the hospital to question him, the man had fled. At around 9:30am, the driver of a silver sedan lost control of his vehicle at high speed on Peide Road, crashed into a traffic island, flipping his car, and crashed into a bus travelling in the opposite lane. The driver of a hospital shuttle bus stopped his vehicle on an elevated expressway ramp and jumped 20 meters to his death in front of passengers and his girlfriend in Keelung City last night, December 31. At around 11:45pm, the 38-year-old driver named Zhang took 7 passengers, all hospital staff of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, towards Keelung City. The body of a man was found around 200 meters from shore this morning, after he went missing while scuba diving from the shore last night in Keelung City. Mr Wu, 51, entered the water at around 7:00pm outside National Taiwan Ocean University while his wife waited on shore. As time passed, and other divers all exited the water, Ms Wu became anxious.
