Up to ten air-force personnel at a base in Taichung have returned positive reactions for drugs, after urine tests were ordered for all troops stationed on base yesterday. The drug tests were ordered after 27 packs of white powder were found discarded on the Ching Chuan Kang Air Base, along with a device for smoking drugs.
