Beer spillage causes serious traffic jam for morning commuters in Keelung City

Commuters trying to get to work or school were stuck in a serious traffic jam this morning, after a load of more than 500 boxes of Taiwan beer fell off a truck in Keelung City’s Anle District. According to reports, the accident happened at around 6:30 am on Jijin Road near the Highway 3 Jijin Freeway Interchange. Thousands of people attempting to get to downtown Keelung, or to Taipei via the freeway, were affected. The Keelung City Environmental Protection Bureau

A brewery and museum dedicated to beer has opened in Hengchun in on Taiwan’s south coast. The 3000 Brewseum boasts 3000 beer glasses from breweries around the world, and a large portrait of Mona Lisa made with 8,400 beer labels. Visitors can learn about the history and science of brewing and enjoy drinking craft beers at the bar afterwards. The collection includes more than 80 year old Krueger’s Cream Ale and Krueger’s Finest Beer cans that are claimed to be
