Coldplay to Play in Taiwan April 2017
November 8 Liberty Times Network Reported that concert organizers Live Nation had confirmed Coldplay will perform in Taiwan April 2017 as part of their Asian Tour beginning late March.
According to the Chinese language report, Live Nation said the tour dates would be announced next Tuesday, November 15, and that the concert would be held at an outdoor venue in Taoyuan, due to a lack of suitable venues in Taipei City.
Apple Daily reported November 11 that the concert is slated for April 12, and the venue is the square outside Taoyuan High-Speed Rail Station, which can accommodate up to 50, 000 people.
November 14, Coldplay uploaded a 4 second video to their official Instagram page to tease fans, and create a social media buzz.
The video uses less than 2 seconds to flick through the map outlines of 5 countries in the following order: Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, South-Korea, and Japan.
November 15 official tour dates have been posted on the Coldplay website.

Olympic Stadium in Seoul, Saturday, April 15

Tickets for the Singapore and Tokyo concerts will go on sale November 21, and for the Philippines, Taiwan, and Korea concerts, November 24.
For the Taiwan concert, tickets will be priced in 7 classes from 1,800 to 7,800NTD. Tickets to go on sale from 7:00pm November 24. More details on Taiwan tickets @ tixCraft
