A man who shot his wife’s uncle with a pen gun in Kaohsiung City yesterday, was arrested today after police identified his car parked outside a pawnshop. Mr Wang, 37, met his 35 year-old wife, at around noon, yesterday, outside a residential building in Gushan District to discuss terms of their divorce.
