Man dressed as woman caught taking pictures in university’s female dormitory bathroom

Police arrested a man at Tamkang University this morning after he was found in the bathroom of a female dormitory with a spy camera.

The 24-year-old man, named Chen, was dressed in a skirt and a wig, and is suspected of having sneaked into the dorm by following a resident into the access-card-secured building.

Shortly after midnight, residents noticed Chen on the fourth floor of the building. Despite 180-centimeter-tall Chen’s disguise, the residents thought his appearance and movements were suspicious, and after he was seen entering a bathroom several times, the students called an instructor.

A group of angry women surrounded Chen, and the instructor restrained him until police from the Danshui Police Station arrived and arrested him.

At first Chen tried to persuade police that he had just entered the building to look for his girlfriend.

However, Chen was found to be in possession of a miniature camera containing footage of a female’s buttocks.

Chen finally confessed that he had wanted to peek at the girls, and had followed one of the students who opened the door with an access card.

Chen’s father rushed to the police station after being informed of his son’s behavior. Police had to restrain the furious father as he attempted to beat his son with an umbrella.
