Construction Bureau orders Health Bureau to be Thrown into the Toilet

An official document issued to district offices by the Taichung Construction Bureau ordered that the Health Bureau is to be thrown directly into the toilet.

The document caused a lot of laughter among staff in both departments. The order was meant to tell staff that from July 1, toilet paper is to be thrown directly into the toilet. However, a typo resulted in the word “bureau” being printed instead of the word “paper.”

Construction bureau officials apologized to the Health Bureau and said they will be more careful in vetting documents before issuing them in the future.
