Backhoes Buried in Demolition Site Collapse

Three backhoe drivers working on a demolition site in Tainan City were lucky to escape with their lives when the ground they were working on collapsed beneath them.

The ground crumbled away slowly enough for the operators to jump out of the machines before they toppled over and sank into the more than 3 meter-deep hole.
