Beer spillage causes serious traffic jam for morning commuters in Keelung City

Commuters trying to get to work or school were stuck in a serious traffic jam this morning, after a load of more than 500 boxes of Taiwan beer fell off a truck in Keelung City’s Anle District. According to reports, the accident happened at around 6:30 am on Jijin Road near the Highway 3 Jijin Freeway Interchange.
