Cat Killer Beaten after Being Released on Bail:
Chaos reigned outside Taipei District Court today when angry animal lovers attacked a man emerging from the court after being charged with animal cruelty offenses. Police officers and court bailiffs struggled against a crowd of about 50 people as they led Chen Haoyang to a waiting car.
The self-confessed cat killer was punched, kicked, and had his hair pulled during the 5 minute scuffle. A man in a black t-shirt put his forearm around Chen’s throat and tried to gouge his eyes.
Several police suffered minor injuries. A police motorcycle was knocked over and several police had their glasses crushed. A court bailiff had her foot run over by the car as the crowd surrounded the vehicle and tried to prevent it from leaving. Another bailiff received burns to his leg from the exhaust pipe of the car as he was pressed against the vehicle, unable to move.
People shouted for the man to get out of the vehicle and called him scum and a degenerate.
The man from Macao who is studying at National Taiwan University in Taipei was released on bail and ordered not to leave the country after being charged with animal cruelty offenses at a Taipei District Court hearing today. He had previously been charged with a NT$50,000 bail order, and today the judge imposed a further NT$150,000.
Chen Haoyang was charged earlier this year after killing a popular street cat that university residents called ‘Big Orange.’ Earlier this month, Chen was again found responsible for kidnapping and killing a cat who resided at a vegetarian restaurant on the university campus. CCTV video showed Chen using a Ubike to transport the cat, which residents called ‘Streaky’. He confessed to having taken it to a nearby riverside location where he killed it.
Chen told the judge that he had an uncontrollable impulse to kill cats. After the latest case emerged, Macao residents now believe Chen is probably responsible for a spate of cat killings in Macao that had left police and the public baffled.

That is scary: that he feels driven to kill cats. Makes you wonder who all is out there and what evil they feel driven to do. Intentionally taking the life of a sentient being should be the ultimate crime on Earth, punishable by death.
how is punishing a cat killer by executing them not taking the life of a sentient being?

If the only way to stop this man murdering cats is to kill him, then give him.the Electric chair! He is a dangerous man or shall I say pervert! Perverts don’t only kill animals they then move on and kill humans too. If I could get my hands on him………I love all animals. I’ll leave the rest to one’s immagination!

Those whom kill without the need for food, or defence of one’s self, or others should be punished, if not, eliminated. Because, they “driven to”, and/or are “perverts” with devious thought processes. Their minds are up to no good, and regard their life as more important than others’. A “beat down” is exactly what this guy deserved, at a minimum. Our friends, the police, should had just held him in place. 🙂
