Pollution Traced to Petrochemical Plant

Pollution that resulted in a Miaoli County stream turning a milky-white color was traced to a Petrochemical plant in an industrial area today. The EPA have opened legal proceedings against the company responsible. A man responsible for growing almost 600 cannabis plants on 3 floors of a rental property in Tucheng District, New Taipei City, turned himself in today, after realizing he couldn’t remain on the run.
